This station has only just been posted....Prior to the posting of Chester. However to allow the quiz flow...


Manchester Piccadilly is also managed by Network Rail

Sorry - I must try to remember that rule :oops:

Another 2 platform station which is in a less salubrious location is Upper Holloway.

Polesworth is also the location of a railway accident (1947) with fatalities caused by a track defect.

Continuing with the very exciting East Lancashire line we could have another 2 platform station - Lostock Hall.

I well remember being kicked up the **** by the shed foreman in 1967 after being found in a Jinty.
