Blue & orange.
Just looked on the website and the timetable for 86 has since been corrected without me noticing[/QUOTE
How often do 86's run? I had a look at the timetable in Keswick but I have since forgot.

Yet enother day and yet enother brokedown bus!, 16660 brokedown the junction of Newmarket Avenue / Hala Hill on a University bound 2A this afternoon!!!!
I have never known a depot to have as many breakdowns as Morecambe depot appear to be having!
It's really is about time at Morecambe depot got some new or more reliable buses.![]()
Possibly replaced their last 5 Leylands?
I have, its on Scotland Road in Carnforth
--- old post above --- --- new post below ---
Unlikely as they only have one operational 14034 at Rugby
I've worked at worse than Morecambe... Every depot has its breakdowns and to be fair the age of Morecambe' stock you can't really blame some of it for not wanting to play ball sometimes (21003, cough). Consider the bashing the vehicles take on a day to day basis and some of the, what only can be described as awful road conditions (i'm sure Gez, Paul, Kendalking and others would agree George Street would be smoother at the moment if cobbled), you can hardly be surprised.
(And I did see a Travellers coach the other day on tow through Galgate)!
Bus working:
{school route 91A Caldew School - Upperby mon-fri only. Reason for a decker usually allocated to 554 mon-fri. If single on, it lays over at bus station while non-tacho'd decker works the school route}
1600 554 Carlisle - Keswick (arr. Kes. 1710)
1714 86 Keswick - Portinscale (arr. P/sc. 1725)
1724 (thats not a mistake, thats how timetable says it) 86 Portinscale - Keswick (arr. Kes. 1734)
1740 554 Keswick - Carlisle (arr. CE. 1850).
20910 now short 300.
I like how when the vehicles isn't in service it shows "Stagecoach in Hull Not in Service"

The first of 22 new E300 integrals for Merseyside is at Gillmoss, still yet to receive registration or fleet number.
They are allegedly replacing the B10Ls and some of the older B10BLEs.
Are the older vehicles fully accessible?
Would be nice if some of the NW depots had "Stagecoach in ..." on the not in service screens.
I had a good day in Keswick again today the only negative thing about Keswick that it is not the best place for bus spotters I probaly prefer Workington.
The 10 R reg B10L's aren't. The 10 S reg B10BLE's, 4 W reg B10BLE's and 4 X reg B10BLE's are all accessible.

We were wondering the other day if the owners of that latest architectural wonder to hit the skyline (Travelodge) will be making any contribution to the resurfacing of the road there once they've finished.![]()

I have heard on the grapevine that while visiting LL Brian Souter hinted at the possibility of some ex London Tridents moving up to the Northwest. I'm not sure whether he meant L specifically or the region as a whole. Not sure if there is any truth in the suggestion but thought I'd post it anyway![]()

Speaking of ex London vehicles? Does anyone remember what 17017 and 34079 look like?![]()
It would be very nice!!!
I'd rather not remember 34079! Last ride I had on it was bloody awful.
Ex Preston Bus 47755, and 1 other Solo, apparently have Cumberland Motor Services legal lettering on them. Anyone know where they're going? Would have hoped LL so 34079 can never return, but with Barrow having some major service changes in a few weeks time...
Wonder if with the service changes in Barrow we might see off the last of the 709d's in the North west
47616 on annex, back and forth from depot on shuttles it seemed
47062 seemingly on Workington Town Sunday services

Not strictly true. Many a time the B10M has worked onto the 75A when it has been on the 554 and not parked up. Wish they would decide to call it the 75A or the 91A, different drive blind it differently.
Neither, he was talking about Arriva

The bus station itself is fine, and it was a cloudy/rainy day in Keswick yesterday... nothing to complain about. Theres even a few spots where the low Winter sun can be taken advantage of. Although, you're far better off heading down the Borrowdale Valley for a few shots of what's on Seatoller.[/QUOTE
Do you know when route 78 is back to open top double decker again? I think it's summer but I'm not totally sure.
