20451 is for a school contract, which i believe requires seatbelts. CE already have 20904 seatbelted, but another bus was needed. the "in Lancaster" has been removed, but all adverts and everything else are still on it.

forgot to add earlier that 20977 was on 104, along with 24123.

I removed the `in Lancaster' last thursday thinking it was going up the friday.

Oh dear, hope they get the problem fixed quickly! Might even be there long enough for some one to get a snap or 2!

Also, F212YHG, an ex Preston Bus Lynx is now owned by Regal Busways of Chelmsford, is still in PB livery and has been seen working school contracts.

Shame about Staintons, hard times are upon us.

15683 has gone on loan to Wales, so 16653 is out on the regular 300 today. Haven't seen any other allocations, so 17017 could be out somewhere :)

Going a bit off topic again, but Reays had two Primos in Carlisle Market Place today promoting the new services.

My other half got a few shots (in the rain!), which can be seen here:

Thanks, do you know what fails within the gearbox when it breaks?

Seems daft that they keep getting replaced, would be better to work out a long-term fix.

They have been in administration since last Friday, and being run by said administrators, but still operaing as far as I am aware, certainly they were yesterday evening, been up at Ingleton today so not had chance to notice any today

To tell the truth i couldn't tell you.
No worries, just might have been a trick up the sleeve for when (IF!) I go to an interview for Cambridge.

Incidentally, I think Staintons have been planning to close for a while, ever since their plans for a new depot at Carnforth were rejected. All this has done is changed the timing.

You are in for a shock, Reays have withdrawn all their Sellafield Express services. Stagecoach service 85 operates through Seaton

Unbelievable but I'm not surprised, they have obviously realised they have taken on to much, which is what we have been saying all along. SC must be having a right laugh lol ;)

when did that happen and are stagecoach rerouting 85 and 86 through all areas they wernt going to go through ?

They must have known for a while as they are not registered with VOSA, which is a legal requirement, if a route isn't registered then it can't be run. I would hope SC take the opportunity to run more services to help the workers out, because Reays have left a lot of people in the s**t.

Reays have 3 days to sort it out and SC have the same time period to set up emergency transport for working in the areas that now wont be serviced by Reays if they choose 2.

Not going to happen though, service registration has to be completed a month before commencement.
