20777 has been rubbed down and partly repanelled and is ready for repaint.
22809 heading south near Yealand about 9.30- where had it been. Fitter with long hair and a woolly had driving it
Spotted Gez driving 20451 on the 49 at about 2.55. Is there a shortage of drivers as I saw another white shirt driving the other day...
Just keeping my hand in a, few Ridges and a ouple of Haltons with said B10M.
It would have been a blue shirt had I run it through the washing machine since I used it Sunday![]()
It was going to the M.O.T Station at milnthorpe.
The future of 16666 will be decided today as it has gained a crack in the chassis after being refurbed in june last year.
It looks like the scousers will see the new scanias before we do as they will be used for the golf tournament in liverpool later this year.

So at least one K reg staying then! Unless they are painting it into something else for sale lol.
From a Passenger/customer standpoint, it is worth keeping, even if just for Schools... it is probably the smoothest of all the remaining K---DAO B10Ms, and i would say just as comfortable a ride as the P & R reg examples. I Wouldn't be surprised if it has the most miles of the entire batch too, as it seemed to run 300s for the majority of it's life day-in-day-out!!
Yes, I would assume so, I would guess she will be one of the last K reg's to go.
From a drivers point of view, the best of the K reg's are 20765, 20777 and 20779, the worst are 20757, 20759 and (never thought I'd say this), 20768.
The R reg's are a much smoother ride than the K's, M's and P's.
Also, 16654 will re-enter service soon after its refurb.
47023 Currently orbiting Maryport on the Circulars, With an Inspector on the entrance footplate... Long time since i've seen an Inspector on that route!!
34616 on Barepot 30s
20779 on LL's 300 runs... Showing "Carlisle - Via Workington, Maryport....." I take it LL's Destys have not been reprogrammed for this route, since they have only just got one bus on the run back per day quite recently? still, at least it shows something on there, rather than a piece of paper in the window i suppose!![]()
Other one was 4706047005 and 47006 both on Harrington and 101.
Must've just missed you again Josh, I did see KendalKing getting off his Solo though
Nothing else to report except that a bus failed in Carnforth this afternoon, I've no idea what, just overheard Little Dave explaining to a passenger about it.
So thats more knackered buses, heading for Morecambe then!![]()
I have a feeling if they are going to be 10 plates if the scania's are going to be used for shuttles for the golf tournament.
