i was suprised to see them get LEDs fitted! seen 20779 and 20759 last week with them!
L119HHV (32917) was back on Seaton 47 this morning.
Info To Go bus (K877GHH) was on Workington Bus Station annexe this afternoon along with a B10m.
2 B10m's have been on 31 today, along with a few E300s and a 56reg dart.
havnt seen versa (25225) at all today!
17014 isnt for conversion, so likely repair :-P

20779 had just came off a morning school service when i seen it. 20759 was not in service when i seen it, it was heading towards Workington Train Station from the bus station, i think Andrew was driving it. i seen them both on same day. i'll find the date when i seen them :-P

i would have though all stagecoach staff were informed of any changes to vehicles etc.
it is nice to see LED's, shame they only do the front display really

suprised they don't tell you! you drive them so you should know what is happening with them really.
the B10m's should have had assault screens fitted ages ago! 16368 should get one too lol. i've seen a few B10m's with them, not sure if they have digital tacho's in them like. 20734 comes to mind!

from what i've heard, deckers for X5 due in April, and deckers for 300 due september. not sure if its accurate, but oh well. like most things, they'll happen when they happen lol, stuff usually changes at last minute!
they really need to get 33167 in service!!!! no point having it sit there doing nothing!
has 40012 went back to full time reserve now 33168 is in service? havnt seen it around for a couple of weeks.

Lancaster bus station around 16:30 today
17019 on 2 for Heysham Towers
18xxx following close behind on a 2A
25222 on 6A for Morecambe
20790 on 55 for Silverdale
22823? on a 3 for Morecambe - looks to have been in the wars as it had a large white gash on the rear n/s corner at roof level

Oh, that's what I forgot to mention earlier, there was a 1701x midway through retrimming out in service. I say mid way, it had only had about 4 seats done. Didn't catch the full number though.

I think the gash was from an accident at the Uni yesterday. I was in the bus station at 4.30 and observed most of what you spotted 
I don't think 17014 is for OT. Must be in for repairs. Will hopefully find its way back to Lancaster I hope lol.

Hopefully the Trident getting retrim will get a full retrim with seat, CCTV and LED

Does Lancaster still operate the 146/147 to Abbeystead? If they do is it still allocated a double decker (Titans a few years ago!)

Yes it was a council subsidised service when I used to work it, at one time there was a dinnertime round trip on the 146 leaving Lancaster around 12:15 - cant remember when they scrapped that journey.
Long time ago that must have been, there's certainly been no lunchtime service in the 5, nearly 6 years I've been at LRGS.
There's 2 services in the morning, 1 public and one for Ripley School.
Ditto in the afternoon, picks up LRGS at 1545.
After that, there's one at 1610 and one at 17xx
No weekend services or anything else.

Might have been 2002 when the dinnertime journey ended. There were a couple of mid morning/mid afternoon Saturday trips on the 146 (booked a B6 or 709D) but these ended in 2003 I think............due to poor loadings!
If anyone is interested, I still have most things like farecharts, old notices, timetables, manuals and other old paperwork in the loft I can always dig it out if anyone has questions or mere curiosities from the Stagecoach Lancaster of a few years ago....

I bet they make for interesting viewing!
I was looking a a fleetlist for Lancaster from about 2002, and it was worthy of note if vehicles were
a. low floor
b. had flip-dots/brite techs fitted
c. Were in swoops
It's amazing to see how much the Lancaster fleet has changed. Just before I moved house, there were plenty of 709Ds still doing the rounds and Lynxs etc etc. I have many memories of the Javelins that didn't go until about 2004/5?
I found a flickr site with a load of archive pics of Lanaster, I'll have to see if I can find the link.

Lancaster didnt have any Lynxes in the time I was there. The minibus fleet was pure 709D mostly former Cumberland including E47CHH and E48CHH. The Javelin coaches left in 2000 and the buses 27035-037 left in 2007 I think. If I get a moment I will put a list of what routes were operated and allocations Lancaster operated in 2001 - if people would be interested in the comparison with today as its only just started to dawn on me how different it all is!
I'd be very interested in a comparison driver9000.
It may not have been Lynxs then, I was only 7 when I moved out of Lancaster so obviously rather ignorant!

13297 has not actually gone to Ensign yet, it's currently at Deepdale providing cover for PB vehicles as they go for painting.

i seen 20759 today and seen it still had its bright tech lol. must have been imagining things lol. i'm blaming early mornings 
33168 was on Harrington 46 this morning, and is now on Moorclose 51.
40033 was on Moorclose 51 this morning.
47023 was on the new bypass after coming off Mirehouse 4.
20195 went onto 31's after coming off School Special this morning at St Benedicts.
20759 was also on 31's, along with 35247 and some E300's.
16651 on school work this morning, and this afternoon was 16652 (33D Woodend) with 16733 (33C Bransty).
i'll be going moorclose later, so might get to try out 33169 :-P
