It was on Diesel on departure from Basingstoke (due to gaps in the third rail), Woking, and Clapham Junction, but once upto about 20-25mph, driver whacked it back on the Juice

It was rather lucky it was in its case then! Glad to hear it was retrieved.

Lucky that then, it's persuaded me to get a camcorder bag for my Sony HC37, as that's nearly happened to me before now.
Probably not a sensible idea to leave it (or any other items) on the floor by an exit door in future....
