Can air-con be fitted into class 376? As they are Electrostars there might be space for units and passive provision for ducting etc. Seats might not be the best but on the short suburban routes it is not a major issue. But they can be boiling in the summer.
Networkers are badly maintained but I quite like them, they must have the most comfortable seats in any suburban trains. Lack of air-con is a pain but unfortunately I don't think it can be easily fitted in.
That's all looking from passenger perspective, I'm not sure how is their traction coping with age...
