Well if we take the question literally, as some people have, then surely there is only one answer? Beauly. You could change from a Wick service to a Kyle service. Plus being the smallest station in the UK, im pretty sure that would count as being the smallest station to change at as well!!

I just think of Salford Crescent, which is quite a major interchange but is definitely not big.

Isn't the smallest station on the UK National Network Berney Arms? alight here in the summer for the Southern Belle ferry to Cantley or Great Yarmouth -the question only asked for an interchange - and did not specify interchange between which mode of transport!

I'm fairly sure that the platform at Beauly is shorter than at Berney. Berney is certainly more remote though.

...except that any service serving Beauly is also stopping at Inverness, Muir of Ord and Dingwall, why would anyone change from a Wick service to a Kyle one at Beauly? Its not a junction, nor are there any services that don't stop at the stations in both directions along the line.

For me Ormskirk springs to mind, plus Bidston, Ash Vale, plus Minnfordd for an interchange with a heritage railway.

I was just about to say Beauly; I think you would struggle to find anywhere smaller.

Beauly is definitely the smallest station in the UK. NR network that is.

For me, Seamer: one island platform, used for changing from the York-Scarborough to Scarborough-Hull line or vice versa.
