I could list about 20, but Doleham, Dilton Marsh (Both) & Beauly. Any more anyone
?
Carfin on the up siide will not take a 4 car 156, down side only just.
Can I be obvious and say Damems, or are preserved railways out?
Berney Arms is about 60ft long [EDITED], so short that you used to have to get out of the driver's door of a 150.
Talsarnau halt (next south from Penrhyndeudreath on cambrian coast)
if I can have narrow gauge, then
On the Festiniog : Boston Lodge, Cambells Platform, CoedYBleiddiau , and Plas Halt are all one carr length, passengers for these request stops have to travel in last but one carr! - and getting away again.....
and on the Ratty : Muncaster Mill, Miteside (Boat), Fisherground, Beckfoot.
and on the Welsh Highland : Nantmor, Meillionen, Snowden Ranger, Bontnewydd, Plas y nant
If it's still there Wimbledon [Park?] Staff Halt?
Battersea Pier Staff Halt? If it's still there Wimbledon [Park?] Staff Halt?
But it's not that short as a 4-car 450 fits OK (as at Swaythling and Shawford). Local door only on a 444 is only needed because there's no intra-unit SDO.Beaulieu Road is so short that the guard only opens one door on 444s.
