Assuming you mean the city, the answer is Caerfaddon.

Macclesfield is the most notable settlement clearly within a triangle whose corners are in each of Buxton, Cambridge and Formby (see attached).
(Several more notable locations, such as Derby and Warrington, are on the perimeter of the triangle, but not entirely within it.)
