Just a Chinese-takeaway-related oddity -- I recently noticed in Stromness, Orkney: an establishment labelled "Stromness Authentic Chinese Takeaway". Wondering prompted, as to whether there is also in the locality, a Bogus Chinese Takeaway -- using in its dishes, strictly local ingredients -- say gull / skua / puffin / shark-flesh which has decidedly gone off ...... a Chinese Takeaway/Restaurant called "Mermaid Chinese" (or words to that effect)
Personally, I would call my hypothetical Sushi bar a Chinese Unauthentic Takeaway. I'm not technically wrong! Maybe not politically correct though.Chorleywood, Hertfordshire also has a church dedicated to St. Andrew.

With a bit of anxiety as to this entry's being more railway-ish than is acceptable -- Great Torrington's one-time railway station (or site thereof) is now a pub called the Puffing Billy. On the other side of Devon: Exton, between Exeter and Exmouth, has a pub of the same name (in an always-"civilian" building).Great Torrington in Devon is also a settlement in which almshouses were built.
