I spent ages "drawing blanks" with my researches about the name of Rowhill, until lateral thinking took over and it would appear that Rowhill is NOT a settlement as such, but a nature reserve, situated in Surrey on the border with Hampshire, between the settlements of Farnham and Aldershot.

Well it was the site of a brickworks so it would be hoped there was settlement within the area. However to save people from 'ossing i've edited the entry to now read as below.
