Ashe in Hampshire was also once administered by the ancient Hundred of Overton.
Hold called: As a past resident of Skipton, I can assure you that there is no church with that dedication in the town. I think you may be confusing it with the church at Hubberholme - nearly twenty miles to the North, at the head of WharfedaleSkipton in North Yorkshire also has a church that is dedicated to St Michael and All Angels.
Yet another case of Wikipedia living in a different universe to us mere mortals....Hold called: As a past resident of Skipton, I can assure you that there is no church with that dedication in the town. I think you may be confusing it with the church at Hubberholme - nearly twenty miles to the North, at the head of Wharfedale
....which does have a Skipton (BD23) postcode.

A degree of desperation here: Wiki has, effectively, nothing to say about the Pentons beyond mentioning their existence. However: the Pentons are in Hampshire only by a fairly narrow margin. A little way across the nearby Hampshire / Wiltshire border, is the group of Wiltshire villages and hamlets sometimes referred to as the Chutes. Largest and most prominent thereof (relatively) is Upper Chute, some four miles north-west of the Pentons -- the border lying about halfway in between. The Chutes feature, as well as Upper Chute: Lower Chute, Chute Standen, Chute Cadley, and Chute Forest.Penton Mewsey, along with Penton Grafton, forms the Pentons in the Andover area
