What should happen in this situation, I bought a ticket from Dartford to Rainham and the journey itinerary was displayed as: Dartford to Gillingham and then change there for a service six minutes later to Rainham. When I arrived at Gillingham there was no onward trains in either direction. I was quoted £28 for a taxi from Gillingham but I didn’t have that money so I had a 90 minute walk instead.

My ticket was booked on trip.com

My questions are, would I entitled to any refund as they have advertised a train that doesn’t exist and also how this be wrong? I’d assume they’d have access to all service information. View attachment 149026

I note the journey starts just after midnight - is this a case of a confusion of dates where trains after midnight are part of the previous day's service?

If you look, it says a 24hr 6 minute connection, so waiting a day and 6 mins.

Please could you reinstate the image you posted. Your post doesn't make much sense without this context.
