Doesn't GWR sell the Rovers and Rangers in its area on its TVMs and online?
Rovers need a name on the ticket, I don't know if TVMs can deal with that.

What does it have to do with TVMs?

Their website sells every ranger and rover that's valid on GWR services, including the ALR.

These tickets are fulfilled by post so there is no involvement whatsoever with TVMs (which I accept would be a more complex project, though - as LO's TVMs show - not impossible).

not quite - not the Heart of England (unless it's changed very recently),which is valid Oxford to Worcester & Hereford, and Worcester to Gloucester on GWR. Probably because that ticket is owned by LNWR/WMR.
