Restriction PDF inconsistencies

Hi all,

On page 78 of http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/pdfs/OffPeak.pdf the validity code PV is defined as allowing, for example,

JOURNEYS TO/VIA LONDON MARYLEBONE OR PADDINGTON
Outward Travel
Monday to Friday
By any train except those timed to arrive at
London Terminals before 1300.

whereas http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/pdfs/OPR_PV.pdf allows

JOURNEYS TO/VIA LONDON MARYLEBONE OR PADDINGTON
Outward Travel
Monday to Friday
By any train except those timed to arrive at
London Marylebone or Paddington before 1130.

Am I right in thinking that these are intended to define the same thing?

If so, which one is the authoritative source?

And is there a way to get a list of the URLs for the individual restriction PDFs?

I guess there isn't a version which gives the date range for which the restrictions are valid?

(the OffPeak.pdf definition also looks incorrectly formatted, including missing the Sat/Sun/BH section for "via Reading" return travel).

This isn't uncommon.

I would say the PDF may be more 'authoritative' as it is freely in the public domain, it also helps with it being linked to from the manual.

Sorry misread your post.

They are both PDF's and both in the public domain so I don't know.

I suggest asking them by email or post?

The correct one is the less restrictive '1130'.

That's what 'The Manual' says and even if it did say the other, then the less restrictive timings would still apply as they are more favourable to the customer.
