On page 78 of http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/pdfs/OffPeak.pdf the validity code PV is defined as allowing, for example,
Am I right in thinking that these are intended to define the same thing?
If so, which one is the authoritative source?
And is there a way to get a list of the URLs for the individual restriction PDFs?
I guess there isn't a version which gives the date range for which the restrictions are valid?
(the OffPeak.pdf definition also looks incorrectly formatted, including missing the Sat/Sun/BH section for "via Reading" return travel).
