You never know. It might be considered a nice easy case compared to gathering evidence for a persistent fare evader!!
But train companies are not in business to prosecute people - they are in business to transport them from A to B on payment of the appropriate fare. They don't go out of their way to find people to prosecute (contrary to the opinions of some here).
