Rejected without feedback - why? Does anyone know the real reason?

, but I would prefer a different operator where I have more time between stops to carry out my duties! Northern was a bit too "stop-start" and I found myself getting stressed out being stuck issuing a ticket while in a station and having to run back to do the doors!

Previously admitting to be stressed out by ticketing, against safety, irrespective as to where this above statement has been published, where has this process failed? Can you seriously give feedback, from a paper sift?

doesn't every guard wish for more time regardless of operator?

D3 - relieved from safety critical duties temporarily due to safety of the line issue.

Cheers, wasn't a phrase I've heard before, but then thankfully no one at my depot on the guards side has gone through that in the time that I've been there.

FWIW I don't blame an ex Manchester guard wanting to come to ATW as a lot of the work is less intense. At my own depot we're about 90% Class 1 work - and even our class 2 stuff isn't too bad for the most part. I enjoy getting a challenge occasionally when you do get an intense job, especially when its another depots job so its not familiar, but every time I do so I'm so glad I don't have to do it everyday!
