Aren't people in graves supposed to be dead? Having said that I remember when lurking in a local cemetery I saw a headstone that said "JUST SLEEPING", I thought "he'll be pretty miffed when he wakes up".

I've noticed that we seem to have had a lot of Jon/John/Jonathans signing up lately... sometimes with very similar usernames.

I'd noticed that but I thought it was just a manifestation of my Jonathan obsession.
My parents couldn't afford to give me a middle name.
Well that's obviously what started it all off then.
This paint tray was about half a centimetre thick with various different kinds of paint including undercoat and emulsion.
I put it in the freezer for an hour, took it to the outside bin, twisted it around a bit and then smacked it upside down and all the paint fell out which left it looking almost like new.

It's actually a really clever tip that, not something I would have ever thought of trying. It would save a lot of scrubbing to get the tray clean again, that's for sure.
Not that I tend to do any painting or DIY in general!
This morning I'm about to get a de-rancification going on, but first it's time for some tunes from The Offspring while I finish my forum catch-up. I really should have used this time to make a bacon sandwich...Chilling out seemed a better idea as I'm off to work in a bit on my day off.
So what was breakfast today? A piece of iced homemade cake

Well I just listened to it and I can definitely relate to it.
I've recently been banned from going to the recycling centre in the van as it's too long (over six metres is too long for Devon County Council apparently), so my future is likely to be quite like that song.

My cousin has a budgie and it's lovely. Very affectionate and it spends a lot of its time flying around the house.

My kids have a Hamster, whom they dubbed Louis. You should see the fights when I tell them he needs feeding or cleaning out......They can't leave the room quick enough.
