I've got three local stations.

I was rather hoping to get out of Glasgow earlier. Sadly, the criteria means that I spend all day going in and out of Central, not leaving the SPT area until the 19:50 to York. Of course, the sheer volume of trains in and out of Glasgow Central will always be a barrier to getting anywhere in this challenge, So it leads to a disapointing mileage. I must admit, I thought it would have been higher than the Blairhill one.

I had expected that to be a lot better, but once again the lack of trains out of Scotland proved my nemesis. There was definitely the potential to get good connections to the South and, as a result, a better mileage, but sadly it was not to be.
So, all in all, a real surprise for me. I most certainly did not expect Blairhill to be the best source of mileage, although of course the reopening to Edinburgh has helped matters somewhat. None of mine have excitingly high mileages, but you do end up quite far away from Coatbridge so that's always a good thing!
