It's at Statfold Barn Railway (specifically in the Roundhouse Museum on a plinth). It originally worked at the National Filling Factory No. 2 at Aintree, Liverpool and afterwards at the Jacobs' Biscuits Factory (also in Aintree, Liverpool).
