I wondered who was going to be the first to spot that the Hurst Green to Uckfield line serves Edenbridge Town, Hever, Cowden and Ashurst stations in Kent of which only Cowden has one platform.
Southern Railway also serve Ham Street and Appledore in Kent on the Ashford to Hastings line with both stations having 2 platforms

One National Rail platform plus one tramlink platform.
Is it in Kent or London...? It would appear from me that the London SE20/Kent boundary goes on or through the station and follows Elmers End Road outside the station..??

Well it did have basically the same engine, (12LDA28 fitted to the class 44, 12LDA28B fitted to class 45/46) but the 47 was fitted with the further uprated version, the 12LDA28C.So not quite the answer, the loco in question had the exact same lump as the 47.
