Well I see that Lindsey Oil Refinery has some paths in the diary starting from December - in line with when Milford Haven will cease operations.

I thought that Lindsey refinery had closed?

I believe it has but Humber Oil Refinery is still operating,which is next door to Lindsey,and uses the same paths.

I have read that Humber are now using Lindsey for oil storage and the occasional dispatch of trains.

Correct - there is also a plan to restart deliveries to Jarrow soon.
