* they will report you to your parent's TOC for misuse
* they will MG11 you for prosecution for fare evasion

As a current RPI I can tell you that they WILL do all three. First they will withdraw the card, then they do the MG11 then the procecutions department will report the matter to the TOC that issued the priv pass and 99/100 they will instigate a procecution. The fines depend on the court but for something on this level the JP's will certainly not be too kind.
City of London magistrates for example are well known for being very tough indeed and fines upward of £500 are common PLUS you will still have to pay the fare you avoided in the first place.

but I've been told by a TPE guard that RPIs can take my priv away from me and charge me for a ticket.
