Platform lengthening at Shepreth and Foxton

An update today: both Foxton and Shepreth now have platform fencing, smooth tarmac surfaces, station signs and PA loudspeakers. A CCTV system has been installed at Foxton, with a bank of monitors at the Cambridge end of the old platform - this will presumably replace the large mirror shortly, and the mirror will be removed to improve access along the platform.

New lighting has been installed, all but for one lamp which is waiting for the CCTV to be commissioned and the mirror to be removed.
