We live in a throwaway society - the plate, fork and four glasses from Wilkinsons come to £1.79 and its' much nicer to scoff my curry for the journey home off a proper plate using a proper fork and having the accompanying lager from a proper pint glass. Besides the missus is fed up of me bringing them home.
Lovely. Relax in a train seat at the end of a stressful day, only for Mutant Lemming to arrive and "scoff" his curry and lager nearby. Absolutely no offence to you but really, is this an acceptable practice nowadays? There's not much less pleasant than watching, smelling or listening to others eating.
I know plenty of people do buy fast food such as McDonalds, BK etc which is not the most pleasing aroma for their fellow passenger, but a curry? :-x
My suggestion.......... Do what the majority of civilised people would regard as acceptable to other travellers. Eat when you get home.
