Hi folks.
So I recently interviewed for a job with Network Rail to be an Off-Track Operative. I received this email back from them:
"We can confirm, you successfully passed the interview on the day. The vacancies available are for a recruitment campaign over a staggered period of time until February 2019. Due to the number of vacancies available for the initial intake we are not able to consider you at this time however, your application/interview will be considered for subsequent intakes.
We will be in contact with you again nearer the time."
Could anyone shed light on what this means? If I'm on a reserve list should I remain hopeful or continue to apply for other positions within the company?
