Thanks for the info.

I noticed the full-height window that used to be between the taxi rank and the travel centre is unchanged from before the refurbishment, complete with double arrow on one pane, despite every other window in sight having been replaced. I've a feeling this dates from before privatisation.

Since the station signage was replaced by EMT, I think the only other 'signage' remaining from pre-EMT days is the trolley stations by the stairs on P1/5. That said, I think there is also a 'Nottingham Midland' light still near P2.

I'm also so very glad they kept and restored all of the analogue clocks, especially the big one in the porte cochere. I still remember fondly also the old digital clocks, of the style still at Kings Cross P9-11, amongst other stations.

Have they provided step free access by the bridge to the tram stop yet, or do you still go out of the front and round by the pavement?

Nottingham Hub has been declared as "Interoperable" by the ORR. This means that Technical Standards for Interoperability apply to any works undertaken so access and signage will need to comply with the PRM TSI. That's why any wayfinder signage will need to be Sans Serif (the old BR Light).

No, the new triangular building that links the older buildings to the car park and tramstop is not open yet.

Yep, they're still working on the bridge so they haven't reinstated the stairs yet. Also the lift at Station Street can often be out of action.
