The train I was due to travel on tomorrow has been cancelled due to a "short notice change to the timetable" am I able to claim compensation?
10pm the night before no longer has any significance following the new NRCoT introduced in April. My worry is they have announced it before 10pm the night before travel.
You should be issued with 2 complimentary return tickets if delayed by 60+ minute delays on both legs, though I don't know if that's written publically anywhere. As it happens both my outward and return journeys were cancelled. I was using a complementary return. I've submitted a delay repay claim for both 60 minute delays. Will see how I get on but I'm wondering if it will be capped at one free return ticket.
For the avoidance of doubt I did travel and was delayed an hour in each direction. I was travelling using a free return ticket.
