142 007 and 142 070 on the 11:28 Leeds to Knottingley
142 047 on the delayed 11:15 Sheffield to Leeds

Around the North East today were 142 025/66/78/93.

Apparently 142s are not permitted to run now between Newcastle and Carlisle due to high risk of obtaining wheel flats. Northern not wanting to spend money on repairs is the reason given. Been a few services cancelled over the last couple of days.

Interesting, 142025 and 066 still going! Good to see! (although 025 was poor when I had it on a Chathill service so possibly not that one but 066 was nice last time I had it).

Interestingly 142066 was the last one I had on the Tyne Valley to Carlisle. Shame if that is the end of Pacers on the full TVL but I guess that makes sense (unless there are multiple cancellations directly from this which I doubt as Pacers to Carlisle have been rare for most of this year anyway).

Afraid I cant give any sightings but you wont find 008, 059 or 097. 008 was scrapped after the Winsford accident in the late 90s, 059 after its collision at Lime Street early on and 097 was never built, 096 is the highest.

Sorry I can't give recent sightings as we only get Pacers where I live 1 day a week!
However, I can cross 3 of your numbers out for you:

142008 was the Winsford SPAD casualty;
142059 was the Liverpool Lime Street bufferstop runaway;
142097 never existed, as only 96 were built.

142054 working 0951 Hull - Sheffield through Rotherham Masbrough diverted away from Central due to ongoing flooding.

142058 worked 2R11 1205 Manchester Piccadilly to Rose Hill Marple alongside 156428. Then worked the return - 2H63 1245 Rose Hill Marple to Manchester Piccadilly

142032 working 2R15 1409 Manchester Piccadilly to Rose Hill Marple with 150116 and will then return with 2H67 1445 Rose Hill Marple to Manchester Piccadilly.

I've also spotted 142003 with an unidentified 15x unit and this was also working the Rose Hill-Manc Picc shuttles.

Other than those 3 though there has been little other pacer action out of Piccadilly that I've seen so far today

I'd say 50/50. They often run as 4 carriages so it'll be some combination of a 142/150/156. Don't think I've ever seen it be a 153.

I've just enjoyed 142057 and 142031 between Victoria and Stalybridge and en route saw 142040 working a Stalybridge to Wigan (not sure what with) so I'm going to take the gamble and wait for the next Wigan service instead of taking the same pacers back to Victoria.

Gives me time to sample the bar at Stalybridge as well

If you're waiting for the 17:30 from Stalybridge it's one of the ex. LM 150s. I didn't see what was on the back. Interestingly the inbound started from Wallgate instead of North Western because they couldn't fit it in to North Western!

142 026 and 142 070 were stabled at Huddersfield at 13:00.
142 039 with green 150 207 on late running 16:28 Leeds Knottingley.
142 086 was seen departing platform 4 about 16:30 but unsure what it was working.
