Hi All.

Does anyone have any knowledge of the post December 225 diagrams on the ECML (The 225 group's are still from June this year).

I'm particularly interested in the weekday 20:09 from Kings Cross towards Leeds.

Thanks. I was looking at that, but couldn't find any reference to what type of train it was timed for.

Ah right.

Well, that decides it as there aren't any 225's at a suitable time in that case.
Base diagrams are on whatdotheyknow now, looks like 2140 out of the Cross is a 91 (outside of the later York service), with 1740 prior to that.

@Class91Joe had posted the diagrams on post 179 of this thread in August this year. I have no idea myself if they are correct.

No 91s to Newcastle until next Spring, so I presume that diagram at least will
have to be amended?

MARK
I think there was a discussion of this particular service, (the 1433?), last Friday in the main thread here:

My bold, this will be done initially as a 9 car Azuma that would originally go to Harrogate (14.40).
Using 17/12/2025 as an example, the 225 set goes to Ferme Park instead

Are they the only diagrams that'll be done with IC225s from the December TT change?

On what time train? To note is that anything on Saturday 4th is not confirmed and is only bookable as part of LNER 'early bird' booking process.

You may receive an email from them if any thing alters (times or traction).

Thank you. A shame as I feel like there are more sets out currently, but that might just be me (if you're able to confirm without having to spend time looking?)

I think more services come out of the current diagrams. Tend to be 3 return trips to London (per diagrammed set) whereas going forward only 1 set will do that and the other 3 sets will only do 2 return trips (including waiting around 90 minutes in Leeds)

16:27 1Y18.

Yes, early bird with the notices if possible change etc - and to be fair, I just need a train south on Easter am Saturday so exact time / traction is not the driver - I was just surprised when it booked as a 225 / 7

That's showing as a 1624 Newcastle to Kings Cross and as an Azuma service in the LNER App.

That’s weird - I can still see it and book it as 16:27 and 7 coaches - B, C, D, F, H, K, L on 04-Apr

Ah I've now seen the 1624 it wasn't showing before. But still showing as an Azuma. Pictures attached from LNER app.

Using real time trains, (which I know allocations may yet change) shows the 1627 as coming off a service out of Bradford to London, then to Newcastle and pathed as a 91 (I know again this could change) but is probably then why it is showing the seat map you get. The 1624 is a fast service, ex Edinburgh, and hence a 9 car Azuma

1N09/1Y20 (SX) and 1N07/1Y18 (SO) are still showing on RTT as a 91-hauled set from December. However, we know that 1N09/1Y20 will be an 800/1 for the time being - the unit being produced by cancelling 1D19/1A33 Harrogate turn.

I presume something similar will happen on the SO turn.

(1N07/1Y18 is a pair of 801/1s SX, incidentally).
