HAHAHA id like to see u try, talking from experiecne here having built or taken part in the bulding of a couple of locos, Kettlefan will back me up here, Locos arent that easy to build, i wish you luck but i dont think you'll do it. some things to think about...

whos guan pay for it?

Where ya guan keep it? (The Great Cockcrow Railway wont want it before you ask)

Where ya guan get drawings for that are the right scale

I'm not following on this, is it:

- An idea for a 5 car 442 in 3 1/2", 5" or 7 1/4" gauge?
- An existing model in 3 1/2", 5" and 7 1/4" gauge?

When you say that pictures and videos are going to be available, does that not mean that you have a model working already?

Stephen's bubblecar scaled down worked out at a length of 8ft!

On another note - IM COMING UP TO 444 POSTS!

Thats y im not building it any more!

for a 442, Each coah would proably work out like this:

3 1/2" gauge: Each coach would be about 4 foot long but it would be uncomfortable to ride on it at both gourn level and rasied!

5": Each coach would be about 6 foot long, also not that comfortable for ride on at ground level noramlly caohes are made over scale so you can ride on them!

7 1/4" gauge: Each coach would be about 9 foot long, now if you have 5 coaches thats a 45 foot train, good luck with finding soem wherer to keep that! although its mroe comfortabel at ride on at that scale!!

You lot when I have pictures of the train I will post them , just to say stephen! It will be about 20 ft long on 7 1/4". It has now been decided that if we get permisson from the railway we are building to we will make the bodys of the coaches and replace there fleet of 4 coaches and and build new bodys but keeping the original Passenger coach chassis so we would have a 442 and bogies + chassy and a comfty ride

Right that makes more sense, existing chassis that you will replace the bodies. Except there are only 4... looks like a 450 then ;)

Not it wont, each coah must be 9 foot long to be scale there are 5 coaches in a pig and 9 time 5 is 45, im in top set maths, and if u translate 23 metres into feet its 75 ish, devide that by 8 which is the scale for 7 1/4" u get 9 foor per carriage! i think i should know i did the drawins for the bubble car!

Scream
Horn
DTSO
DTSO
TSO
MBRSM
