Great day, but my God this one made my head hurt to calculate!

Dunno if that's right even now... close enough!

Also: total updated.

I have managed to get quite a few miles over the past few days. I just need to have time to work out how many miles I got.

Worked it out.

An extra 229 miles meaning I am now up to 4075.

Looks like everyone's been busy lately! I've got a truckload of miles from my most recent trip, Techniquest and Red Pen Strike Back, to process but have not yet had the time to do so with work getting in the way. However I expect I'll be spending around 2 hours on RailMiles in the next few days to get it done and a total will be up soon.

Let's just say for now I expect to be on at least 6,500 for 2014 so far...

Added on and extra 47 miles from a train trip from Leamington Spa to Birmingham Snow Hill and back so my dad could get 67027 for haulage, so now I am up to 4294 miles for the years.

I am now up to 4500 miles from a trip from Leamington Spa-Birmingham Moor Street-Smethwick Galton Bridge-Wolverhampton-Stafford-Tamworth-Rugby and the next day a Rugby-Tamworth-Derby-Tamworth-Rugby.

That is an extra 201 miles!

Anybody got the mileage for that hull trains service on sunday (from st pancras to stevenage)? (And also the return via the flyover)?

I can't seem to get rail miles to take into action the curve from Crouch Hill to Harringay.

(In other news, my 25,000th mile was on the outward bound service, between Carlton Road Junction & West Hampstead South Junction)

Harringay Park Jn - Harringay Jn is 22 chains.

The outward on the 1613 is roughly 32 miles 36 chains from St Pancras to Stevenage. The return on the 1844 from Stevenage is 33 miles 66 chains.

Anyone got the mileage between Leyburn and the passing loop on the Wensleydale railaway? Steam loco broke down there and we had to rescue it and return to redmire.

Finally made myself get the backlog of journeys added to RailMiles, and until I add the mileages for my RHDR moves, I'm on 7,736 miles for 2014 so far. Not too bad, should hit around 9,000 by the end of the year :)

The mileage does not tally up with Railmiles.

Railmiles gives 15m 15ch for the through mileage.

From the Sectional Appendix, Clarbeston Road - Fishguard & G is 15m 9ch, and Fishguard & G - Fishguard Hbr is 0m 46ch.
