Having completed my ALR, I currently stand at 5935

What? 5,935?! How can I be in the top few and still be over 2,000mi down? You gotta get out less! :D Anyway, having returned from my "Caley All-Anglo Voyage" and a weekend away in Leeds, I now stand at 3,820 miles. This is guaranteed to exceed 4,000 by the end of the month, and quite comfortably at that (leaving me with over 3,000 for February).

I put my mileage in the profile but didn't post it here and it hasn't been included. Do I need to post it here as well? 6027 anyway... :) No worries if it waits until the next update.

I am considering showing only the top 30 members due to the number of entrants this year, any objections?

I think thats the best idea - As long as the people further down can still move up and the people in the top 30 can still move down :)

I agree with this idea, but be sure to provide a link to the full table on your website. At least that way everyone can still see how they are performing in relation to all, even if not through the Forum table.

I had to bail out of an easy 200 today because I woke up feeling ill and can't justify visiting my father today now

Still, yesterday's monthly run to Birmingham has taken me past the 4,000 barrier, so I can't complain too much. Just wondering how to keep this run going... Dirt cheap Advances once more, methinks.

Wow, a real low period for me - almost 96 hours without train travel now - and yet still I only fall one place, to 9th. And I'm barely 100mi from 7th. I need a revival to get me going again... Saturday, I suppose. And then something cheap for Sunday and Ivo is back on form! :D

If my figure had gone in, I'd be 7th... (and I'm not counting tube travel...)

New bit:

Oops, can't count. 10th.

After my ALR, I then went 10 days without touching a train! I will probably continue to fall down the table until December
