Hey there people
I have two sets of updates the first is just the recent "Normal" photos as always which include just Rugby and the various units,electrics and other miscellany involved with the WCML.

So now we have the business side of things out of the way let's get to the fun part in the form of a good old fashioned Diesel gala but with a difference considering it was held at the Midland Railway Centre which are not exactly reknownd with anything too Hellfire (as the kids put it) but I was seriously surprised by a few deviations from the timetable such as

But also there were some beautiful locations with some great traction and just to win it all lovely weather which all together produced shots like.......

and another great feature was the driver for a fiver utilising the former colliery branch at Swanick junction using some form of Andrew-Barclay shunter which was quite fun to watch..............
