37 looks great but the snow ploughs look a bit off...

 Doh! It's at an angle - You're going to see more of the one side and a larger gap by the centre plow on the left hand side.

When a train gets a flat on its wheel, it goes to a "Wheel lathe". Now a lathe is a machine tool http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/tool used to shape a piece of material, or wheel in this instance, by rotating the workpiece against a cutting tool. Thus the flat is removed and the train goes back...

Yeah there also very big wheel lathes!!!! :) I remeber taking a set of Class 455 Wheels from Eastleigh - Wimbledon depot a few years back on the back of my brothers low loader. it was a saturday and my brother and I had a nice tour of the workshop from the depot chaps.

So I presume that I have a Disastro on the Branch tomorrow?

Must go to bed - on at very silly 'o' clock 4.19am

Slam on the branch tomorrow.

EDIT: May be a 450 depending on when the exam on 1497 is taken. Have you got A as your guard tomorrow Kris? ;)

How many trips did you do today? I know the stock's good but doesn't driving the line do your head in after a while lol?

8 today but I think I'm getting used to it. Makes a change to be able to see out of a window.

Must be horrible with a Disastro on there, I hear that they barely keep time.

It's advertised as one, yep. They didn't rebrand it for nothing!
