Seen as random buses are all the rage at the minute, I thought I'd throw one in myself! 
Name some long-distance bus services that run at least four times an hour throughout the route (local differences, such as the 5/5A in Brighton, are permitted). The definition of long-distance is up to you, but keep in mind that most don't run that often!
I am going to start with two services, both of which run for roughly 15 miles:
Arriva Southend 1: Shoeburyness to Rayleigh via the A13 London Road every 10 minutes
First Somerset & Avon X39: Bath to Bristol via the A4 [almost exclusively!] every 12 minutes
