Done SJT and error checking yesterday and today invitation to video interview. Does anyone know how does it look like? Is it with real person or AI like previous and you record answers to the questions appearing on screen?

I've recieved an email inviting me to the next stage which is another video interview apparently. Will do it tomorrow

I left school at 14 with no qualifications lol
Education certificates depends on age, if you are under 19 then you need to have achieved grade 9-4 or SCQF equivalent in Maths and English. Above that age then LNER can decide whether you need to achieve it as part of the apprenticeship as you need Maths and English as core skills which is why they still ask to see what you have achieved and the level you’re at then they can decide that you have to or don’t need to complete it.
as it states at application if you have English and math's and to upload certificates, however i failed GCSE's, however have 2 degrees lol

Out of curiosity, if you were to be fully successful, when would the courses hypothetically start?
Second to this, also wondering where you think the training is? York?

It’s most likely The Academy in York Station, but it would be ideal to know, as you don’t want to commit to anything just incase (especially if you get to the tests).
Training will be York, not sure about start date.

Yeah from what I have heard from previous recruits, they will pay for travel and accommodation during the classroom training

Has onyone done 2nd video interview? Is it type of STAR questions?
Just 6 questions, Tell me a time when..... Give us an example when...... Tell us a time ..... etc then at the end of it just get the usual railway recruitment message that it may now be a few months before you hear back

When you start the in depth video interview, do you get the chance to review the questions before recording the video or do you need to do it on the fly? Scared to click start incase it throws me straight into the video whilst I’m on the loo or something

Video, you have 12.5min to think about answer and 3min max recording for each question so a lot of time to think. It's straight forward and depends what answers they are looking for
