I don't understand this role.
Isn't it the same as a CSA? LM don't have supervisors in small stations do they?

The supervisor at Longbridge would supervise all the booking offices on the south side of the Cross City. The role also encompasses the duties of a CSA.

The primary role of the CSS is to roster all of the staff in their area and monitor remote booking on and off. So at Longbridge the CSS is responsible for everywhere between Five Ways and Redditch/Bromsgrove.
