Yes, as well as Senior TC for the entirety of Great Britain.

Interesting to see that the operator (South Derbyshire) was represented at the hearing by Mrs Beverley Bell of Beverley Bell Consulting Limited.
Wasn't she the Traffic Commissioner for the North West Traffic Area a few years ago?

Interesting decision- every PMI will include a roller brake test, and alternate ones will be carried out laden! Can’t see many passengers volunteering for that

I was in Burton yesterday (Wed) and saw the South Derbyshire bus operating Service 1, carrying quite reasonable loads in the early afternoon.
The bus had legal lettering giving an address in Foston.

Foston is where their yard is. They used to reside in the yard up in Stapenhill but now that is occupied by Buslink.

That may have saved them from more severe punishment. Although its not exactly ideal all 3 of Tutbury's bus companies serving have had dealings with the TC. (Although Diamond is more for their business in the West Midlands opco)

Apparently the suspension was delayed by a week as one of the schools they serve haven't broken up yet so I assume it will run from 23:45 on 25th July to 23:45 on 15th August. There is a suggestion a temporary operator has been arranged for the service work during the period of suspension.
A vehicle on the 1 was tracking today but nothing showing for the other routes into Tamworth.

I didn't think so either!
their E300 just passed my window. although I've been told by a local councilior to not report them, so that's up to others. I raised concerns and got shut down.

Which is all well and good until the A50 does A50 things!
Same can be said for the X38 and X12 when the A38 falls over, although the former is getting a reduction from the arriva side to every 30 mins and no Sundays interworking with one of the Derby local routes.

Is it even PVSAR compliant?
I assume you refer to the picture of the Merc, in which case probably in some form as they were normally fitted with wheelchair lifts (this was from new so assume it still does) & it has destination blinds. Additionally reports are it is only 16 seats so is technically exempt from full PSVAR requirements so it doesn't have to be in practice but the important bits generally are wheelchair accessibility (which it should still have) and destination blinds (which it appears to have even if not properly being used).

Just been told the E200 is gone. Seems they're temporary working as a subcontractor of Warrington Coaches Ashbourne.
That’s odd I’ve heard the E200 is being painted
