I think it's Giggleswick but don't have time to create a new one at the moment as I'm visiting relatives in (coincidentally) Giggleswick! (Well, much like the station, it's nearer to Settle but close enough).

If someone else wants to post one during the meanwhile, feel free otherwise I'll try and do one midweek.

My fifth's not in Bangor, but in Menai and Bridge
My sixth is in Biggleswade and Stevenage
My seventh's in Aldershot, but not in Alresford
My eighth is not present in Littlehampton or Ford.
My ninth is in Hornsey, Harrington and Harrogate
My tenth's in Castleton, Colwich and Cross Gate
My eleventh's in Hull, Humber, but not in Hessle
My twelfth's in Howden and Market Weighton (not Wressle)
My last's not in Bradford, neither Forster nor Square
My whole I dedicate to parly services everywhere.

At the risk of being the first to post an incorrect answer in this competition this looks like it should be.....

.... with the proviso I'm doing the puzzle by eye without access to pen & paper and am having trouble getting some of the last letters out as expected from the clues (plus regular distractions from the training consultant trying to teach us the company's new anti-bullying policy).

This marks 100 replies on our rather topping little game we have on this corner of the forum. I'd mark it with some sort of special riddle naming all the different competitors we've had, but those aren't really my talent. So I'll leave us for now with a rather humble open floor. Long may this game continue, and here's to the next 100 replies. A sincere thanks goes out from me to all contributors so far.

My second Dunfermline and also Dunbridge.
My third is in Halifax, not Hessle nor Hull,
My fourth is in Earlestown and Bat & Ball,
My fifth is in Sleaford and Surbiton too,
My last is in Carnforth, but isn't in Crewe.
