I just had half a joint of gammon from one of those cook-in-the-tray thingies. It was lovely but missing the ketchup :(

At the moment I'm eating mashed potatoes with Welsh Dragon sausages and gravy. Got a strawberry trifle for dessert as well

A Virgin Trains salmon sandwich I saved from yesterday, and a can of Diet Coke I saved from my travels with East Coast yesterday, as it happens.

Disciplined?

When you had two breakfasts (one EMT one EC), two Hull Trains lunches, two VT sandwiches and a VT evening meal, I bet you would be saving any further food dished out just like I did.

Didn't have enough time to cook properly tonight so I had two ham and cheese chicken escalopes, two waffles, three fried eggs and a small tin's worth of Heinz original baked beans.

That's a bit of a misperception because I don't usually have fried eggs day in day out. It's true I do have fry up breakfasts a lot when travelling or when in hotels, however.
