Well, the obvious route tends to be one of the shortest. With such an open ticket, I imagine you could take almost any mainline, no matter how stupid. So they haven't really answered the question in which valid route is the longest.

The researchers work in their own time which could be simply a way of making a little bit of extra cash or because they're a mother who has a bit of spare time between taking the kids to school in the morning, looking after the house, doing the shopping and then finally picking them up in the afternoon or whatever. Texperts and AQA pay 30p for every question you answer, with ANSA paying up to 15p.

Before you can be an AQA researcher you must first pass a test that they set you, and if you do get employed tby them then you will be tested periodically throughout your time with them in order to maintain the company standards.

Yessss! It couldn't tell me the step-by-step procedure for removing the token from a token machine. (Yes, I'm cruel aint I) Although they did helpfully :roll: tell me that 'a token is the authority to enter a section of line'. I'm not actually sure that's too good a description really, strictly speaking the block section could be protected by a signal - you could have a case where the section signal is on, the signalman not having pulled off for it yet, and the driver has the token - that wouldn't mean the driver has authority to enter the section...

Anyway, enough of my pedantic-ness, I beat the text-service! :grin:

Fair 'nuff it's a complex subject, but not impossible:

1) Check if Line Occupied. 2) Lift Token and place into removal mechanism. 3) press release button as required. 4) Spin token as required. 5) Remove token.

Done it in 147 with nothing major missing. I'd have more than happily accepted a reply of 'It's too complex a subject to be summed up in one text', but they explicitly said that they didn't know.

A: The BR 2nd Generation Class 142, introduced in 1985 were built at BREL Derby and Leyland Bus. They were based on the earlier Class 141.

One problem, I was hoping for the type of bus, which is a Leyland National.
