Jobs you cannot do, although would like?

Is there any industries or jobs that interest you, which you would love to work in but for whatever reason you simply cannot do or justify? it could be that whatever the job is pays significantly less than what you currently do, or maybe age is against you, anything at all?

I did the Ultra Realistic version of the two launch simulators they have at Epcot, it was hard going

My own thoughts:
Professional golfer (been stuck at 17 handicap for over a decade now)
Motor Racing Driver/ Rider
Guitarist/ drummer in a rock band

Sadly, all of my sporting ambitions have been thwarted, mainly due to lack of ability and now into my second half century, age.
The musical ambitions have been thwarted again, by lack of ability and crippling stage fright

To answer myself I’d love to work in waste management, driving dust carts for the council would be a job I’d enjoy, I’m fond of my home town, fascinated with the trucks, but the money is a considerable drop, and I’d be silly to leave my job on the railway for it. It’s a bit of a dull “want” in most peoples eyes, I’d say it’s no different to a bus enthusiast wanting to be a bus driver

I always fancied being a guard as a kid, but it pays nowhere near as much as IT does, and then there's DOO. Maybe I should volunteer at a heritage line.

(When I did a driver experience on the 101 at Wirksworth, they didn't want me to drive the Ravenstor branch as it's a bit steep and difficult, but I did ask if I could dispatch, which was almost as much an "always fancied doing that" as driving it!)

I have an interest in politics but there is no chance in hell I'd ever want to be a MP. The stress level and scrutiny would be too much.

Always fancied being a bassist in a band, just get to stand on stage and look a bit moody.
However not being able to play a chord might put the kybosh on that.
Quite happy with my current job though.
