I don't understand why the inspector would ignore the address you provided and decide to add a different address. It doesn't make sense.I gave him correct details about the address but he put wrong details on that receipts.
Even I gave him my driving licenseI don't understand why the inspector would ignore the address you provided and decide to add a different address. It doesn't make sense.
Thank you so much sirGovia Thameslink Railway

Hi dearFirst of all relax and try and stop worrying. This type of issue is quite common and nearly always can be resolved with the Train Operating Company without going to court.
Does the Train Company have your correct address or not? If not (and I think that is what you are saying) then you must write to them and give them your correct address. This needs doing straight away.
Please can you upload to this thread any documents the ticket inspector obscuring any personal details and reference numbers?
Forum members can then give advice as what to do next. Usually this means waiting until the train operating company have written to you which of course requires them having your correct address.
Problems tend to arise when train operating companies do not receive replies to letters they send.
Seems they have the correct address to send you a letter to retract the penalty fare and change to intent to prosecute.I don't understand why the inspector would ignore the address you provided and decide to add a different address. It doesn't make sense.
That’s great did you have to pay much out of curiosityI got the out of the court settlement through MANAK solicitors
