I believe drivers have been trained on 334s for Haymarket, although they haven't been used in passenger service. They are in use in Glasgow; North Clyde, Argyle, Inverclyde and Ayrshire lines making occasional cameos on the Cathcart Circle.

As I've said, though, the 334 training was only a few runs (I believe) and is only in case a 318 isn't available to cover for a 322. And, as I also said, I was implying more that Glasgow Electric drivers (Yoker, Shields) will be trained on a 334.

PS, I haven't said so yet, but Good Luck David. I'm sure you'd love driving trains from Perth. Fantastic scenery.

David all training will be carried out at their HQ in glasgow and you will also get abtitude testing there as well as induction training...the new driver simulator is due to be i operation soon so you will get a go on that as well.
