Getting back on topic - various trams of the Manchester and Blackpool varieties have been withdrawn since 2005.

What about the 460 luggage van cars that will be left over from the 458/5 project - aren't they to be used for spares and scrapped?

I imagine so- as they're already donating their doors to the luggage vans that are being converted.
