How many seats are there in a MKIII (original design for use with the HST)...

...TRFK? (Trailer Restaurant First Kitchen)

...TRFB? (Trailer Restaurant First Buffet)

...TRSB? (Trailer Restaurant Second Buffet)

...TGS? (Trailer Guard Second)

Ideally I need the answers to all four, but will accept less if no-one has all four by 10:30pm

I assume you mean as built and not original as in just HST stock. If so, that is a very tricky question.

What was the cause of a serious incident at Stratford in 1953 involving two Central Line trains?

A train crash cause of a signal failure and the reason was that the driver wasn't careful enough AND they didnt have speed restriction after tripped then?

I will just about give you that one.

The trip arm of the Stratford starter was damaged, thus the signal remained at danger. One train tripped passed successfully, but the following train didn't proceed at the low speed demanded by the rulebook and ploughed into the back of the train in front as it stopped at the following signal.

Presumably the new hydraulic type which has also been installed at Northfields? I don't know the proper name, but they ar blue and white with orange bits on the actual plates IIRC.
