According to the OPC atlas, the ones I mentioned are the only signalling centres which control the ECML (apart from Worksop, which I only mentioned due to it's geographical location). So are we missing a ground frame or something like that?

(4) Joint between Shrewsbury Crewe Jn. and Falsgrave (Scarboro') with 120 levers each.

Whereas Heaton Norris Jn. only has 60 levers! Any more suggestions?

Heaton Norris Jnc must have been made smaller, because the "Signalling Atlas and Signal Box Directory" 2nd Edition, shows HNJ as having 125 levers, and theres not boxes listed with 137 levers.
